Precious new one...

It seems like we have been photographing a lot of new little ones lately... there is nothing quite so precious as a new baby. We were surprised at how big sister had gotten since the last time mom and dad brought her into the studio. What a great family! Thank you for letting us capture your family as it grows...

Wedding bells...

Well this blog post is a little bit overdue! Sorry about making you wait to see a glimpse of Allison and Jason's wedding. We had such a great time with everyone that day. The day started out wonderfully, everything was planned out beautifully. And it all went off without a hitch. Thank you both for allowing us to be a part of this very special day!

Downtown Portland Senior Session

Here's Chelsea! Even though school is out, we still needed to get Chelsea's senior pictures done this week. Chelsea chose a location session, so we headed to downtown Portland. Tuesday was such a good day this week to be capturing images outside. There was a slight cloud cover, and every so often just a tiny little sprinkle (that didn't make me too happy though).

Chelsea has such a great sense of her own style. We had such a fun time and really enjoyed her vibrant personality. We started in the Pearl District and found some great places!

We ended up down at the waterfront, right in the middle of the rose festival dragon boat event. It was so nice of them to pull into the image just as we were ready to capture it.

Love is a beautiful thing!

It was a beautiful Saturday morning when we met Katie and Christian for their engagement session! We started at the Rhododendron Garden... where we spent some time walking and exploring. It really is a beautiful location with many great areas for photographing.

Next we went to the Eastside Studio where we decided to try a little silhouette action... I love it!

Usually we have couples come into the studio to view the slideshow from their engagement session, but since this couple is not in Portland, they get to view their images for the first time here! Hope you all enjoy... We can't wait for July 18th.
