Our Connecticut Girls...

I am so happy to be able to be in Connecticut for a long weekend to visit Jessie, Brian and Ava. Doug stayed home to hold down the fort while I took off for a little break (and a grand baby fix). We were able to do a portrait session on Friday afternoon, and what fun we had. Hope you all are not tired of seeing photos of Ava... I just can't help myself! Sorry Brian, no pix of you yet!

Jessie just got pettiskirts into her studio, so of course I had to play with one of them... Love it! Guess I will be ordering some as well...

This week little miss e came to visit and brought along mom and dad. Although she wasn't really thrilled to get her photo taken, we were able to play enough to get her warmed up to the new surroundings. Here is a little sneak peek into our time together…

Saturday afternoon stroll

We were able to spend some time with one of our September couples Saturday afternoon. What a beautiful day it was. We started out in their neighborhood and finished up down at the waterfront. Couldn't have asked for better weather. Congrats Angela and Eric, here's looking forward to September...

What fun...

Saturday morning we had fun with Ashley and Mike! We started out down on the Columbia, and according to them, that water was COLD!!!! We didn't actually try it out, so we'll have to take their word for it. Since they met at work, we thought what a fitting place to finish up our session. Hope the principal doesn't see these :o)

Just a few weeks until the wedding! We had a great time with these three last weekend.

Edgefield gave us so many opportunities for backdrops... It was a fun afternoon for all of us.

Family fun...

We had the opportunity to photograph two of this families senior portrait session a few years ago. It was great to have them all in the studio this week to do a fun family shoot. So happy to have our weather cooperate so we could be outside again. It seems like it has been a daily battle up until the last week or so as to whether or not we could shoot outdoors. I am soooo ready for summer...

I had such a fun time with a new family to our studio! These girls were a bundle of energy and great to work with. Thank goodness for the sunshine that came out the end of the week, it made it so much fun to be able to do a little playing around outside. Here's a few images to peek at...

How fast they grow...

Hardly seems possible that our youngest daughter will be getting married in 6 short weeks. I can sure relate to all of our brides and grooms as they go through their wedding planning. We are checking things off of the list and are coming down to the wire. We were able to get Stef and Tyler out to do their engagement shoot late last week. Here's a sneak peek!
