It is with bittersweet emotions that I reach out to my clients. After 12 years in business, I have decided to retire from photography... This decision to retire was difficult, but nevertheless one that had to be made. At this point in my life and career I find that I am no longer able to give 100% to both my clients and my family.
My clients are dear to my heart and I am fortunate to have spent the last 12 years cultivating relationships with all of you. Though I will miss being behind the camera capturing precious memories for your family, it is the time spent with my clients that I will miss the most.
As hard as it is to say, I will not be taking any new appointments for sessions. If you find that you need to order any additional prints or products from past sessions, please contact me anytime as you will be able to do so indefinitely.
For those memories and moments that still need to be captured, I am happy to refer you to my sister, Sam, who has mentored under me for the last two years. She has been building her business with location sessions, and will be opening her own studio on June 1st. You can view her work at www.irelanphotography.com. Be sure to mention that you were referred by Photographs by Kellie as there is a special session fee available to my past clients.
Though this is the end of Photographs by Kellie, it does not have to be goodbye as it is my hope that our paths will continue to cross. I am sad to close the studio, but very excited about this new chapter in my life.
